My name is Kenley Ulmer. I am a 2006 graduate of Northwest Iowa School of Taxidermy. This alone did not make me a taxidermist. Rather, it gave me the knowledge and insight to become an accomplished artist. "Mounting everything I could get my hands on, I practiced my skills. I felt as if my taxidermy work had a direct correlation between who I am and how I would like to have work done for myself." I strive to be exact as possible with reference materials so that I do justice to the specimen I am recreating.
Quality, artistic creations and turnaround times are my main objectives. This produces customer satisfaction! Fall River Taxidermy will meet your expectations, guaranteed.
Located in the Black Hills, just outside Hot Springs, South Dakota, I do most work in my shop at my residence. I have a showroom and business available for viewing my mounts at a separate location. Please call to set up an appointment to view my finished works. I will gladly talk "shop" and about the upcoming hunting or fishing seasons.
I mount most specimens including life size mammals, fish, birds and shoulder mounts for deer, antelope, elk, etc. Call for prices as every mount has a base price with multiple options that are available. Options may include pedestal mounts, open mouth, detachable antlers, form alteration and elaborate base work.
Deposits are required. This allows me to cover some of the initial cost for tanning, forms, eyes, ears, shipping, etc.
Good luck on your next outdoor adventure!
